There’s some light rain around the state this afternoon. The second map shows a look at the current high-res radar. The first map shows an update for the storm potential for Thanksgiving. Looks to be mostly heavy rain with a flooding potential and thunderstorms with the tornado potential shifting more toward Texas and Louisiana.


A stormy Thanksgiving is on the way for Arkansas. Here’s a look at the FutureCast (Baron Model) for Arkansas for Thanksgiving morning at 11 AM. Here’s also a look at the future rain total potentials (Baron Model) for Arkansas through Friday. If conditions worsen on Thanksgiving, I’ll update here (in between eating turkey).


There’s a potential for storms across Arkansas today, with North Arkansas seeing snow chances. I’ll update this page if the weather turns severe.
